Trainer/General Manager

Brad Bengtson

Brad and Reggie first crossed paths in 2006 when Reggie began working with Brad’s son, Brendan, and his football team. Two years later, their shared passion for developing young athletes led them to form a brief business partnership, which included the early stages of Extreme Speed Training.

Though the partnership was short-lived, the two stayed connected as both of Brad’s children continued training with Reggie.

Several years later, the opportunity arose to establish a more permanent partnership. When Extreme Speed Training moved to its current location, Brad and Reggie joined forces once again — this time with the space and vision needed to fully pursue their shared goals.

Before his work with Extreme Speed Training, Brad was deeply involved in youth sports. He served as President of one of Arizona’s largest Little Leagues for three years and co-founded a nationally ranked youth baseball team, where he also coached. Additionally, Brad worked with a professional cycling team, providing both on- and off-the-road support.

A lifelong athlete himself, Brad is an avid mountain biker and dedicated youth trainer. In the gym, he focuses on high-intensity resistance training designed to challenge and develop some of our most advanced athletes.
