HIIT Training - Vertimax/Run Rocket

Service Description

With the increased demand for Vertimax and Run Rocket specific Training we are putting together two options for booking such services. Beginning on August 1, we will be instituting new policy that allows clients to book training for this particular service. These trainings require additional trainers outside of our standard classes and if requested will be tailored to a specific sport. In addition to the drop in, one session price we will also be offering a package of sessions. Also, if you have a small group rather than an individual athlete you can reach out to management for a custom price quote.
